Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Due to the increased risk of Body Butters and Scrubs melting, especially in the warmer months, we only ship via priority mail, Monday-Wednesday to ensure you receive your product in the best possible condition. 

Orders are shipped weekly. Please expect minor delays due to Covid 19 safety restrictions and/or a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control during the Holidays.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time. 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contactus@shea-life.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

UPS Policy: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If a shipper should use a P.O. Box address, the recipient´s telephone number must be included on the label. Your package that is addressed to a P.O. Box may be delayed, will not be covered by any UPS Service Guarantee, and will require an address correction charge.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We do not accept returns, but you have up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is defective, damaged or the wrong item was sent, to request a refund. Send a request via email with pictures, and proof of purchase with the order number, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contactus@shea-life.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
